Instead of adding another plastic card to your wallet, we’ve made it easy for you and for us. When you visit us, simply state your name – if your name is Müller, Meier or Schmidt, perhaps your date of birth. We’ll find you in our computer and you can enjoy all the benefits of our customer program. Very simple!
How much medication are you taking at the same time? Do you know the effects of taking them together? Are all your medicines compatible with each other? We check incompatibilities and interactions between the prescribed drugs and your self-medication. This gives you greater certainty in your treatment.
Even if you have forgotten the name of a preparation – one look at your personal data and we know which preparations you have already received from us.
On request, we will provide you with a clear list of all co-payments (health insurance) or pharmaceutical expenses (tax office) at any time. This means you no longer need to collect individual receipts.
Your exemption is on file with us and we know about it.
All your information is stored securely in our EDP system and is not passed on to third parties.
Participation in “Meine Gesundheit im Mittelpunkt” is, of course, a free service for you from the Apotheke am Markt.
